FAQ'S ABOUT OUR RENTAL EQUIPMENT

We have a variety of equipment rentals! From tools, weddings, parties, special events. We also carry party supplies to fit your special event. Shop online, or come to Grand Rental Station at 962 S Railway St SE in Medicine Hat to check out all the various equipment.

We provide equipment rentals that you might not want to own, for that, we are your solution. We carry tool, wedding, party equipment rentals. We also provide a delivery service, as well as a set up/takedown service as well, therefore helping you with focusing on what really matters. We do deliver in Medicine Hat and its surroundings, although if you have a special inquiries, contact us for more information.

 

Our Delivery service will deliver directly to your location. Contact us 24 hours before the event or project you are creating. We are always updating our equipment to make sure our customers gets the right equipment for the job and will deliver it on schedule. We also provide a set up & take down service for your events. This service is available at a reasonable additional cost and is arranged in advance. Contact us for more information.

Requesting delivery is easy just by contacting us by calling (403)526-4588, email us at info@grandrentalstation.ca, or swing by the shop to inquire about our delivery service. Our staff is helpful, and will schedule your rental and process the payment. We are available Monday to Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM | Saturday 8:00AM – 4:00PM to book your delivery.

RENTAL POLICIES

Prices and policies are subject to change without notice. The updated version of these rental policies will be posted here. 

Payments 

Rates are based on a 24 hour rental period. Discounted rates are available for weekly and monthly rentals. Payments can be made by credit card, Debit, and cash, and we take payments in person. You can pay the final balance at any point before your event, but we must receive payment before the items are delivered or picked-up. Prices do not include GST. 

 

Making Reservations

To confirm a reservation we require your contact information, a valid credit card number on file, a non-refundable deposit, and a signature on your rental contract. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. Rentals are payable in advance. Your order will not be considered ‘reserved’ until a deposit and signed contract are received.

 

Rental Period

The rental rate is based on a 24-hour rental. If you need the equipment longer, please contact us and ask about our multi-day rates.

 

Pick Up 

You can pick-up your rental equipment any time after 8:00am on the day before your event, and may return no later than 12:00pm on the day specified on your rental contract. Either you or someone else can pick up your order, though we will need to know what name your order is booked under. You are responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation.

 

Delivery 

Delivery rates are based on drop off and all deliveries require your signature.  Delivery times are set on the week of delivery. You will be given a morning or afternoon delivery time. Our delivery service will deliver until their schedule is complete. If you have a special delivery requests, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your delivery needs.

 

Set-Up

Setup and takedown service is available at a reasonable additional cost and is arranged in advance. We will set up your equipment rentals for your events, such as canopy's, dance floors, portable flooring, etc. We are available to set up chairs, tables, and other items for an additional setup/take down fee. Delivery is an additional fee as rates will vary on location.

 

Clean Up 

All dinnerware and utensils, glassware etc. must be cleaned food free and dried to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs must be taken down and stacked ready for pickup and all items should be assembled in a single location. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.
